Mystery Spanish Club Interested in Corinthians Keeper Felipe

Felipe has attracted the attention of an unknown Spanish club after a string of impressive performances in Corinthians' fight against relegation from the Brazilian Serie A.

Representatives for the entrepreneurs who own 25% of Felipe's economic rights will travel to Spain tomorrow to discuss a deal with the club, who are looking to sign the goalkeeper in the January transfer window.

It is thought that the total fee being discussed for Felipe is in the region of 4.6million Euros, to be split between Corinthians (50%), the entrepreneurs (25%) and his former club, Bragantino (25%).

Felipe, 23, has yet to be capped by the Brazilian national team, but is considered by many to be the best goalkeeper in the league and it was thought to only be a matter of time before a European club would make an enquiry about his services.
