The Brazilian Football Production Line

Brazilian sports paper Placar has an interesting article on its website, which perfectly illustrates just how many top quality players are produced in Brazil every year.

The article lists starting elevens for twelve of the top flight clubs, comprised entirely of players who came through their youth systems, but who may have since left for Europe or other Brazilian sides.

There are a few tasty lineups included, with Santos, Sao Paulo and Gremio all looking very strong.

Here are the lineups in full:

Atletico Mineiro: Diego, Mancini, Lima, Caçapa and Dedé; Rafael Miranda, Renato, Ramón and Lincoln; Kim and Éder Luís.

Atletico Paranaense: Flávio, Fernandinho, Roberto, Gustavo and Fabiano; Alan Bahia, Kléberson, Jadson and Evandro; Dagoberto and Pedro Oldoni.

Corinthians: Marcelo, Coelho, Cris, Anderson and Kléber; Edu, Deco, Silvinho and Willian; Jô and Ewerthon.

Cruzeiro: Gomes, Maicon, Luisão, Gladstone and Maxwell; Belletti, Charles, Wendell and Kerlon; Ronaldo and Guilherme.
