New Tottenham Hotspur boss Juande Ramos seems keen to raid former side Sevilla after Spurs chairman Daniel Levy promised the Spaniard a hefty budget to improve the side in the January transfer window.
The News of the World quotes Ramos as saying:
"I would like to sign (Daniel) Alves and (Fredi) Kanoute. These two players would be sensational for any club in the world but I'm not sure if Sevilla will accept this."
Sevilla turned down an offer from Chelsea, thought to be in the region of £23million, for Alves in the summer. With their relationship with Spurs hurt by the way the London side went about taking their manager, it seems unlikely they will settle for anything less than that in January.
