Andres D'Alessandro could be set for a return to England, with up to twelve Premiership clubs thought to be interested in signing the Zaragoza midfielder.D'Alessandro's well publicised falling out with Zaragoza coach Victor Fernandez and teammate Pablo Aimar has alerted the clubs to his availability, with Portsmouth said to be heading the queue for his signature.
The Argentine spent time on loan at Portsmouth in 2006 and proved to be a big favourite with the Fratton Park crowd, playing an instrumental part in their successful bid to avoid relegation from the Premiership.
