The former World Player of the Year is, however, still in Dunga's plans for next year, with the coach confirming as such at Monday's press conference.
"We will use [Ronaldinho's] qualities in 2009. We are willing to wait for the best time to re-introduce him as the Ronaldinho we all know," he told reporters.
Ronaldinho's Milan team-mates Kaka and Alexandre Pato are both included for the game that will act as the inaugural fixture for the recently built Estádio Walmir Campelo Bezerra stadium.
Adriano is included in the squad despite recent disciplinary problems at Inter, where he has failed to take part in any of their last three games, offering a fourth option up front alongside Pato, Luis Fabiano and Robinho.
Miranda has yet to make his debut at national level, but had previously been included in Dunga's plans as an unused substitute for their 2007 friendly with Algeria. The defender has been in excellent form as Sao Paulo have risen to the top of the Brazilian Championship and his call-up comes as just reward for his recent efforts.
