Chile coach Marcelo Bielsa is facing an injury crisis ahead of their World Cup Qualifiers against Uruguay and Paraguay later this month.Mark Gonzalez, Gary Medal and Marco Estrada are all out injured, with Marcelo Salas and Humberto Suazo doubts.
